We collect information you provide directly: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, and your name, email address and message if you contact us. We do not require an account to use any calculator or read any guide.
We also collect standard technical data automatically — pages visited, general location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring site — used in aggregate for analytics and to keep the site secure.
We use a session cookie to remember your selected country (UK or USA) as you browse. Advertising, if enabled on your visit, may use its own cookies as disclosed by Google's advertising policies.
Newsletter emails are used only to send the newsletter you signed up for; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Contact messages are retained for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
